You have been told to watch for burnout, so you have learned how to protect your schedule, energy, and boundaries. But nobody told you that the first crack in your career could be boredom, and that it would set in while you are doing everything right.

You will cue the same squat, the same hinge, the same press, over and over, and you will say the same three things to fix them because those three things work. Your motivational lines will start to sound familiar to you long before they do to anyone else. You will start to notice urges to constantly update your clients’ plans, create new exercise variations, and scroll social media searching for the next big move.
